Susie was a great tutor and made everyone in the room feel safe and able to speak. There was no judgment and speaking about the subject, which is a very emotive one, felt possible.

I recommend this course as it is very useful. Before the course I felt very uneasy talking to someone who mentioned suicide and how to identify those abusing the issue to get what they want and those genuinely in need of help. He advised to treat all as genuine and it would uncover those who weren't as we progressed through the first aid.
