I was very apprehensive about attending this course. But Sajda's delivery of the course took away my anxiety and made it easier to talk about a difficult subject. I was also very happy that no means were discussed.

Brilliant course and really well delivered

Suicide is very heavy subject, but this helped to take away the stigma and encourage you to really listen and identify when someone may need help and how you can support and signpost.

Really enjoyed the course, appreciated the opportunity to take part and be involved and would recommend to others. I would love to see WHSmith's continuing to focus on keeping people aware of self-care and what more we can do in this space :)

Very good session and not too heavy I felt like there was no pressure to stay on the course if I felt thee need to leave.
