Interesting overall. Not something I think will be used in my day to day role. Believe myself personally needs to be more qualified in order to deliver and discuss such a sensitive topic but good to get some knowledge.

Training leader did a great job was very engaging and had a good balance between highlighting the importance of empathy and pragmatism during mental health crises
