Today was a fantastic day of training. Joy was a pleasure to work with and my colleagues and I have left feeling much more able to hold discussions to support people who are thinking about suicide.

I always have an urge to "fix" things. It was incredibly useful to know that in these complicated scenarios, it's not about fixing but about listening and helping the person in crisis to cope.

I found this has helped to boost my confidence with dealing with suicidal customers.

A good course covering an important and often taboo topic. I’m glad I joined, found it very useful, and would recommend it to colleagues.

If anything it should potentially be a 4 hour course. A difficult subject matter very well handled. Stephanie also stayed on for further discussion and support of attendees
