Very good overall

I learnt what to do in what will be difficult situations. How to approach circumstances and the use of language that may make a difference between someone feeling being listened to and being ignored

Thoroughly enjoyed this course. Would recomend to all who have done MHFAider training. Could use some points from MHFAider course for those who haven't done the training for that. Overall a very good course.

Lara was an excellent course tutor, who used her knowledge and experience to make the course content more engaging. I had a great experience with her which makes me want to look at other/further development courses that the University offers.
