Great course, well structured and thought provoking

A great course, which has provided me with additional skills and knowledge

I completed my mental health first aid corse a few months ago and feel I have a better understanding of the signs to look for. Completing the three hour SFA, I would like to study this area more in depth

David made everyone feel very comfortable and made a difficult course easier to partake in

Very good informative course, definitely a course that needs to be done across the board for everyone, and also alot of questions and answers that I saw and heard I didn't get asked from friends and family with my time when I was in need.
