Really helpful to be with other professionals from slightly different settings so we can share our existing experiences and learn from each other.

During the break I’ve signed up to be a Samaritans volunteer. Lovely to hear this is a local charity which our local community can support This has made me very empowered and specialised regarding working frontline with young people in crisis which is what our team does. All future 4 me staff in Lincolnshire should be offered this training
