Excellent course it has certainly made me more aware of the signs to look for in suicide awareness. I feel much more confident that I will be able to spot the signs and offer the correct support.

Good course raised my awareness of recognising suicide, still feel nervous about having the conversations but I know this is because it is a difficult situation to be in.

Feel well informed about the subject and more confident in my own approach to communicating relevant support. Having a safety plan to use is a great visual tool.

After the course I posted the following on LinkedIn ... "I was most fortunate to have attended this training session, so expertly delivered by Emma. As a result, I feel more confident and well equipped to prevent suicide should that need arise. I can not recommend this training more highly."

I have enjoyed the course overall & feel more confident. The only reason I put 4 stars for the 2nd question is because I would potentially still be worried about dealing with it but know that I have the tools to do so
