This training has been very much an education, i feel i learned what i was hoping to learn but much more, it has made me think differently about certain aspects.

A difficult and emotive subject handled in a way that show cased how we can all help and provided the tools to be able to have an open conversation

Sofia is clearly very experienced in this field and I learnt a lot from her on this subject but also made me reflect on my own approach to things and has helped me to think about my own close family and relationships not just my approach in a workplace. I think this will help massively in the future so I am really pleased I did this course and will be recommending it!
