Chris made the day an enjoyable even though it is a difficult touching subject. He brought lots of knowledge, different aspects and lived experience to the course. Excellent

One of the best training courses i've been on. Will feedback to the rest of my team about the content and the app. Learnt new skills - particularly 'breaking down/dismantling the plan.

A tremendous course, many thanks - the best training I've had professionally or personally for many years. Valuable advice on how best to intervene and help someone affected by suicidal thoughts. Perhaps 'suicide first aid' is the wrong name for the course though - as this suggests the course might cover bandaging cuts inflicted, washing out drug overdoses, removing ligatures etc. Learnt a great deal, thanks you, and I intend to pursue to Level 4 accreditation stage if that's ok.

Thank you for an enlightening course delivered in a professional manner - I will be feeling more confident if ever a situation arises in which my experience may be called upon.

This is an excellent course, both as a standalone subject, but as a follow on from the Mental Health First Aid training course. It is an intense course due to the subject matter, but when delivered by a good trainer, such as Kate, the potential impact on individual mental wellbeing is managed and lessened.

I thought this was a fantastic course to go on. I learned lots of ways in which other factors are considered relating to suicidal individuals and lots of statistics which are so helpful, also, scarily, that sometimes none of the symptoms and signs show up.

Good introduction and overview of how to have these conversations and the tutor was very mindful, and delivered the course really well.
