They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. Would be helpful to have the notes from the presentation but appreciate copyright rules! Fab training though and thank you!!
It was a very engaging and well put together training session. It was great to be able to network and have a variety of professions and backgrounds there.
Great session, a hard subject delivered very well
