Thank you for the evidence-based and engaging course on a difficult topic. The tutor's approach was serious but light enough to make it a surprisingly inspiring and hopeful day.

I was very uncomfortable with the thought of discussing suicide with someone, in case I made the situation worse. Although I still feel some trepidation, I feel better equipped now to address this head on.

Fantastic and incredibly invaluable session to support people in both professional and personal life. Equipped now to support vulnerable people and to help prevent suicide. As many people as possible need to access this course as knowledge is power and can make a real difference in suicide prevention.

I really enjoyed this session (despite missing a little bit due to wifi issues - but i felt able to catch up). The booklet is a really useful addition and a useful tool kit moving forwards

Thank you, i found this course very insightful and has helped me understand how to approach the subject in a sensitive manor. i have also learnt the importance of safety planning and allowing the individual although in crisis they are expert.
