Overall the course has been well presented and I am encouraged to work and improve my knowledge and delivery of the content so my “learners” get the most out of it.
This training should be the official training for the Airforce, as the current one we have in place is insufficient.

Really good course to help me remain calm if someone says they have thoughts of suicide. The panic for me would be thinking I have to do everything so I was relieved when you explained it was first aid until an ambulance or police took over.
