This course really changed my perspective of situations people find themselves in, which would lead to suicidal thoughts. It's helped me understand that it's not necessarily about individual resilience and I recognise that I can be judgemental and dismissive. The course has completely changed my perspective.

It was a great session and has given me more confidence to go out and practice/share this knowledge with others.
