Great session and a really good content.

I feel this training went really well. The tutor was very kind and patient. It was a very engaging session and I feel as though I learnt a lot and am much more confident.

Lisa made everyone feel they could use the training at their own pace and preference, do much better than insisting people participate by talking . Options were given to use chat function, verbal or just listen in. Thanks I will be recommending this to everyone I know, and push this outside of my professional setting.

A very useful course. Delivery was superb. Not an easy topic but was delivered in a way whereby I feel confident to use techniques in practice.
