I really enjoyed the course as it has played a big part in my life and I now feel that I could deal with a situation in the future.

It would be even more useful for the course to have been geared towards teenagers as that is our work environment

This course is very intense but having a facilitator who is highly skilled and equipped with knowledge really helped.
