I felt the training was excellent, I said I didn't feel any more confident at the end only because I felt completely confident at the beginning anyway, having been a Samaritans volunteer for nearly 10 years.
Great course, hard hitting but gives the confidence to talk and help about suicide.

Providing confidence to those attending that he was very knowledgeable about his subject, providing confidence to the group.
