I really didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this course. This is a subject very close to my heart due to personal experience, the course was delivered by Ian with the upmost sensitivity, without shying away from dealing with the tough subject matter. Everything that I learnt on this day made so much sense and I have many takeaways. The main one being much more confidence that I would be able to help and support anyone in need.
