A difficult subject which was delivered in a very caring way

I had a really great experience, it was a small group and i was nervous knowing i would probably be the youngest one there but i felt so welcomed and it was an encouraging time.

MD was fabulous and kept us all engaged throughout the whole day. There was a lot to take onboard which was great. Would be good to have a reference guide/more information to refer to in the future.

i think the training was well thought out and planned and the delivery of the training by the tutor was great. This has made me more confident when dealing with future scenarios where a customer is feeling suicidal.
