Great informative course provided by a very inciteful tutor with delivered the presentation in a safe and reassuring way in relation to checking in on the participants and reminding them of self care also.

Really enjoyed the course I found it interesting and expanded my knowledge and how to help manage these situations in future rather than just taking them to hospital this has given me me more tools to use.

A useful course, especially with the provision of the booklet and pocket guide. Hearing what external support is available was particularly helpful. I would never have considered being so direct in some of my questions, yet this is actually beneficial.
Overall I did enjoyed taking part of this course. It helped a lot with how I see, understand and will face dealing with suicide/suicidal people and customers in particular in the future.
