Thanks to this type of training, many lives have been saved by the simple fact of being able to gain empathy with someone who perhaps only needed someone to express their emotions with. Depression is highly dangerous and can even be present in one of the closest people without us knowing it. Let's pay attention to small changes, symptoms and expressions.

I think the course is a very useful one to do, considering the world we live in now. The card I will keep in my purse as reference. My only concerns are the amount of questions suggested we ask the individual and we all agreed we would need to manage it to the individual on the day as best as possible. I learned some new terminology and phrasing to use in certain circumstances.
It was another fantastic course delivered by a very professsional individual.
