I thoroughly enjoyed the course as I will not only use in the workplace but outside work.

The coarse was great and I feel I have learned a lot about the awareness of suicide and how my language can affect others going through difficult times

Really great, insightful, and educational course. I've learnt some really useful information and techniques that can be put in to practice in all areas of life, not just work. I really enjoy learning things, so for me personally, one more session may have provided me with the time to learn more, but I am still leaving with a wealth of knowledge that I did not have before.

Very helpful course and very informative. Olivia was very knowledgeable and I feel better equipped with how to deal with these types of situations.

The training was great but as we all shared in the group the lack of resource in agencies that are supposed to help is a real issue.
