Thoroughly enjoyed the course content, giving me a basic grounding about suicide prevention, with concise steps to keep in mind and what signs to look out for.

Although I’m very experienced in this area I still wouldn’t say I’m comfortable or overtly confident. Losing a member to suicide recently and having others at risk doesn’t help. I feel far better after today though.

Really interesting, everyone should do this course.

Jon delivered a very difficult course in such a way, it made it easy for me to talk and engage with it.
