I found it really valuable to do the role plays, it was extremely uncomfortable at times, but got easier as we went on, and really important to have an opportunity to practice these conversations.

Well structured and delivered course. Partly a very good refresher but lots of new stuff too and worked well for us a group of eight.

It was the right amount of information to build the confidence to start a conversation and save a life.

The course as been insightful thought provoking and hopeful, in now eager to become more familiar with the content and be ready and comfortable to share these skills with others to be able to be apart of the a community saving lives
