I think the course is great. However there is a mismatch between the training information on the slides compared to the packs issued. The packs are missing some info They are also missing great words and examples of the words used which are something that trainees wills truggle with as language is so important so examples of what and how to say it are essential

Very interesting and learnt a lot around how to approach a conversation with someone who is suicidal and having those feelings - i feel a lot more confident - (i havent enrolled onto level 4 RSPH assignment but would like to, so will speak with my manager)

It was good and informative training, Jamie spoke clearly which helps when understand the sessions, gained a better understanding of how to deal and what questions to ask when speaking to someone who may be feeling suicidal.

Jamie was very knowledgeable about the subject and explained terminology that we should be using to our customer. Also how we showed treat all customers who have suicide thoughts the same
