This was tougher emotionally than I thought but I really care and want to be there as a tough talker if I can be.

Very informative, a very well planned and easily readable session which is very relevant to my practice.
It provided me with the opportunity to think about appropriate questions and how to explore someone's feelings, I would probably take away that I could provide a brief intervention rather than ongoing support as my role wouldn't be able to sustain this on a larger scale. I feel I know where to go to access resources
