It has been a really useful course to attend and has given me confidence to have more open conversations with the people I work with and not be afraid to broach the subject of suicide. It has also given me tools to share with the team I work with.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I was apprehensive at first as I felt I would be out of my depth but I felt comfortable and able to participate when I felt confident enough to. I have learnt a lot and definitely feel more confident.

I have enjoyed the training and feel that we need to spend more time on this subject.

Overall I would highly recommend the course and the trainer. It has definitely given me more confidence which has fulfilled my aim on attending the course.
