Really enjoyable course , would recommend this to others!

Was an amazing day and I really enjoyed myself.

The reason for the last question receiving 2 stars is because having carried out the MHFA I think that there is quite a bit of duplication so not sure if both would be required. However the MH Awareness would gain a lot from the Suicide Prevention course.

Gave me a greater understanding of suicidal thoughts and how they evolve, and the confidence to ask the difficult questions in trying to help someone

The course was well delivered, informative and well thought out, in a way not to offend or upset anyone.
