An unexpectedly upbeat and encouraging course, despite the heaviness of the subject. Katie is an excellent tutor who managed to answer some tricky questions with warmth and sensitivity.

Very good. Easier to follow than ASIST, which I feel tends to overcomplicate suicide first aid. This training is clearer and more concise.

Thoroughly enjoyed the training considering the topic was sensitive, but I feel more knowledgeable and feel I would now have the skills to help someone experiencing suicide.
