This is the right course for our community as we had few suicide deaths and we see mental health is an issue.

Good training, everyone should have it

I feel more confident to respond well to any one struggling with thoughts of suicide. Hopefully i never have to.

I joined the course feeling apprehensive about the possibility of one day needing to support my team with a call like this; I leave the course feeling much more confident and comfortable knowing I have the knowledge and guidance to maage this going forward. Gave a clear insight into how to approach and to come out by asking the difficult question, good content and plenty of time for discussion whether in the break out sessions or within the group.
