Very good and insightful course.

I took a lot away from the course and if I do ever come across a situation where I needed to speak to somebody who was having thoughts about ending their own life, I do feel as though I would have the confidence to speak to them and help.

I really found the training useful and informative - especially how our trainer, Vas, was able to ustilise not only the course material but also the thoughts of those in the training, as they were a useful bunch too!
