Enjoyed the course (if you can can say that). The content was just right and wasn't over the top. I learned strategies on how to approach someone who is displaying signs of suicide/disclosing suicide.

I really enjoyed this course, although it is quite a hard topic which can be emotional, I felt the course was actually really positive on how to support people and more-so what techniques to use when talking to someone having thoughts of suicide, I feel so much more confident as a mental health first aider moving forward to have these conversations and also more knowledgeable about the support available to people.
