Came knowing a little but leaving been aware of the in-depth and questioning on how to approach a situation like this in personal and work life. To understand it’s okay to pause, listen and to let the person in need to take control to an extent.

I was very worried before this call. As I quite new to my role at work and new to dealing with customers over the phone. I feel completely reassured and have clear direction with how to tackle situations dealing with people demonstrating suicidal thoughts or behaviours.
