Amazing course for a lay person with no prior knowledge.. as a paramedic I encounter this situation often and am confident in speaking with people regarding suicidal thoughts. New learning for me was the hidden toll of suicide.

This training is very essential. We need to roll this out nationally.

I enjoyed every moment, and learnt so much, even got s bit emotional but overall this was such an insightful experience and i hope more people can get this information
