Found the course quite painful

Thank you so much !!! I expect the Tutor was exhausted as she did not stop. Fully engaged and warm approach.

I felt the course was delivered perfectly, it really has helped me feel more confident in recognising the signs and being able to talk with someone that may be having suicidal thoughts.
