I feel more confident to support someone who may be feeling suicidal. I now have the knowledge and tools that I feel I can use to ensure they are safe. It is such an important subject and I still do not feel that is talked enough about. I am grateful to have been offered the opportunity to understand and learn more. It was good that some of the participants felt safe to share their own lived experience and made the topic very real.
