Enjoyed the session and learnt a bit more about how to help
The facilitator combined solid, evidence-informed content with practical, scenario-based skills so participants left not only knowing the signs to watch for but also how to start conversations and make safe, immediate decisions. Time was managed well, and there was a respectful, non-stigmatizing atmosphere that encouraged participation. The resources and referral information provided were practical and actionable.
Very enjoyable but content rich course. It showed the cause and effect of suicide and how to assist in the prevention of people's action. Well worth the late finish.
