Excellent training, that actually gave me what I needed - knowledge, tools, examples of how to have conversations about suicide with people, including what (not) to say. Lots of important resources and links for signposting too. Great to have a digital workbook that I could make notes in too.

It was a heavy subject and required a lot of concentration and emotional output to fully engage. I really liked the format and the different people I got to engage with over the day.
