I was very pleased that I got to do this course, and learn so much. In my job role this is something i have experienced but will now be able to face this with more confidence in the future. I found this course much clearer than others I have done on this topic. The tutor had a common sense, realistic and humanistic approach. I found this helped me to focus on the skills needed much better than learning with text book style acronyms as I've tried in the past.

The course was impactful and relevant. It did not sugar coat the serious issues but was delivered in a way that was sensitive of the audience. It dealt with very serious issues but was really useful and helped me to know how to react to these situations.

Great course. Relieve some post qualifying anxieties I had!
