Difficult subject but feel that it has given me time to reflect on my own approach if needed

Madhuri was great at keeping everyone engaged. Really informative course that made you think deeper about suicide.

I was very worried before this call. As I quite new to my role at work and new to dealing with customers over the phone. I feel completely reassured and have clear direction with how to tackle situations dealing with people demonstrating suicidal thoughts or behaviours. Madhuri was excellent, extremely engaging and kept us all interested and checked in to make sure we were all alert and feeling well. I am very grateful.

I felt it was handled and taught in a sensitive but also practical way. The course information was clear, and I appreciate the course hand-outs. I'd like to apologise to the tutor for taking so long to complete the feedback - I had a personal issue which made this slip my mind, which is a shame because I really appreciated the course and feel that it will be of great help in real-life situations.
