Engaging course, brilliantly delivered so the subject matter wasn't depressing

A incredibly useful training course. Alison the trainer, made a very difficult topic, really easy to learn about, understand and exceptionally useful tools to take away and apply. She was extremely knowledgeable but also brought warmth to the training.
