Good discussions, good input from other paticipants

some parts were slow - you said to not focus on why they might want to kill themselves, but i felt like we talked about that for a long time

This was an excellent input and i strongly believe that this should be a mandatory training day for ALL officers of ALL Ranks.

The 3 steps, the direct questioning and the future proofing as well as the AAARS I thought were really helpful. Fortunately, the other bits just confirmed what i am already doing.

There are a number of spelling mistakes in the pamphlet page 7 and page 12 where the question is asked twice
