Great course was expecting it to be really heavy but wasn’t

I found this course very useful, and has increased my confidence when talking to people not just in the workplace, but anywhere.

I have a greater understanding of what’s envoled with suicide and how to communicate with someone in that situation

Interesting course, a lot of useful information. Laura was a great host and made the course engaging. From a personal point of view think it would be better in person as think helps make discussions better but underhand why it's done via webex due to the different teams involved.
