Great and informative course, very insightful and has increased my knowledge, understanding and given me the confidence to help others if needed.

Really enjoyed the course, it went very quickly as I found it interesting and understood everything clearly thanks to Ellie explaining it well.

I found it really helpful. I was pretty scared at the prospect of broaching the subject of suicide with people who might be vulnerable, but feel that now I at least know where to start.
