I thoroughly enjoyed the training, something I was not expecting as I can find such training draining and overwhelming, at times. The space was engaging and allowed me to reflect throughout on personal experiences and times that I could have corrected my responses. It was a safe space that respected individual needs and differences, and it was overall, so insightful and educational.

Really useful to talk about suicide as this is so prevalent in our jobs at the moment working with young traumatised vulnerable and isolated people.
