Logging in and getting set up was the most difficult yet compared to Teams or Zoom but it worked in the end. The tutor got everyone on board

An excellent course that should be rolled out as wide as possible. Excellent presenter of a difficult subject. The first day was harder to engage with as i was unable to make use of the PDF (not the courses fault), and it was more difficult to complete due to it centring on the theory of the subject. The second day was excellent as it was more of a practical application

A well managed session as it can't be easy to try and run virtually especially when active participation is encouraged

It was well structured. I am aware it was online and am sure that normally there would have been a more practical input but it would be nice to get some more 'on the ground' type advice and training regarding directly speaking to someone in that situation. Knowledge was imparted well and trainer was axcellant, would have liked some more practical advice but the overall information was good and has improved my awareness of suicide and dealing with it. I beleive so yes however I would say if it could be given to officers younger in service, (i am 3 years in), maybe that would be helpful to them as mental health is a huge issue for modern policing and the more awareness young in service offciers get the better they would get at dealing with it.

The course was what I had expected and it covered the subject in a very easy to understand way. It was well worth doing, and I have learned a lot from the course.
