It was a shame that the fixed PC's we had in work didn't really cope the TECH of the course. The Lancashire County Council staff PC's blocked the video which meant for quite a few people we couldn't really join in but the tutor coped well and got us thinking and contributing in a different way so we didn't feel too left out.

Overall a very informative and useful course

with more practice it would run kore smoothly but very good.

It is hard as it was only three hours, so not everything can be covered.

I feel that course was a little slow. Very heavy and feel that there needs to be some lightness to it as well. Over time the tutors will feel comfortable on delivery of the course and becomes more streamlined.

Excellent facilitation, good content with chance to feedback. Quite a lot to get through in the time but kept it focused and interesting.

what i gained from the course is that language is impotent and intention vs outcome

A helpful, informative and well designed course

Maybe stretch the course over more hours just to go over information again for some clarification or just better understanding & a Q and A session.

overall very very good but maybe needs a bit faster pace
