I learnt a lot from the day overall, cleared a lot of questions I had and I now feel confident to talk about suicide

Alot covered in one day, but all good content

Slightly slow pace at the beginning. Maybe could have been condensed slightly. Otherwise very useful

More time to focus on how to have conversations with people having thoughts of suicide. Would help to get the three steps embedded in my mind.
