I enjoyed the course. It made me feel a lot more confident about recognising the signs and having conversations with someone who was having thoughts of suicide.

i have gained a lot of knowledge overall with many points made clear to me. i now feel i can assist a person in need and support individuals in crisis, as well as be able to look out for alarming signs within myself and those around me; further ensuring they are able to cope in ways that will help them in the future and improve their mental health with reduced levels of suicide ideations.
