This course really changed my perspective of situations people find themselves in, which would lead to suicidal thoughts. It's helped me understand that it's not necessarily about individual resilience and I recognise that I can be judgemental and dismissive. The course has completely changed my perspective.

I found the course informative and a good introduction to learning about suicide and the behaviors which go with it
