This course is very useful and important. The main thing I learnt was to really listen and not come up with a plan or cut the person off. I really found the video useful of how the agent handled the call.

Good course

Good course but prefer training in person as it’s more personal

Excellent course, put simply enough to understand.

Lisa was fab, really personalised the content and removed the stigma surrounding the word ‘Suicide’.

Very useful training which is a good refresher for anyone who already does this kind of support. It was also reassuring that I have been supporting people in an appropriate manner using the right language.
